Roar singer Katy Perry just won our best #ThrowBackThursday picture with the Twitpic she posted earlier today. The young, cutesy Katy wore a blue navy dress sailor dress, white collar and red bow. She captioned the photo, “#Throwbackthursday in my sailor moon dress!”
In other Katy Perry news, she describes her new album Prism, released last week as a document of survival. She will be performing on Good Morning America tomorrow at a Denver-area high school that created a video for her hit song Roar.
