As it has already begun snowing in places like Chicago, Beyonce posted a picture on the beach in cut off shorts with her child Blue Ivy and long hair. (Didn’t she just cut it?) Beyonce may rule the world but we’re not so sure if the changing of seasons falls under her domain. Also, her and Jay-Z like wearing matching denim outfits, is it possible Jay might be out of frame wearing the same shorts? Maybe?
