According to Billboard, U.K. songstress Lily Allen will be joining Miley Cyrus on tour next month for a select group of U.S. dates, which will first begin on August 1 in Uniondale, N.Y. Ms. Allen will appear on the tour for a total of seven dates, which will end on August 10th in St. Louis.
